HOW WE WORK
We engage each of our students in a process following a variety of stages which enables us to build a relationship, understand the barriers our clients are experiencing and develop solutions which enables them to optimise function in a healthy and sustainable manner.
An initial enquiry is made, and further information is provided by us.
We speak with the student to identify needs, goals and barriers. This is usually via Teams, Zoom or Skype.
We provide immediate recommendations to assist the student, and dependent on their needs, we will formulate and plan strategies to enable them to sustainable outcomes to achieve overall wellbeing and success.
We will send the student and/or the referrer a detailed letter summarising the consultation and recommendations for the future.
If further support is recommended, a bespoke support programme will be developed and delivered through a variety of forums such as telephone, Zoom, Teams and SMS messaging.
