University Transitions

Equimentus transitions provides an independent support service to students who are self-funding or family funding their university place.

The challenges students face is completely unique. Equimentus transitions offer personalised, individual and wholly bespoke student services, to match their needs. We understand the many vast, complex and specific needs of students and recognise the need for a unique approach to success.

The service is provided by highly-trained consultants who are committed to the highest levels of service and professional integrity. Our consultants are Occupational Therapists which means they are dual trained in both mental and physical health. As university educated professionals they use assessment and intervention to develop, recover or maintain the meaningful activities (or ‘occupations’) of individuals, groups or communities.

All our Occupational Therapists are highly experienced, fully insured and registered with the regulatory body, the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
