Redundancies, Redirection and Retraining with KMA

Sadly, due to the current pandemic, workplaces are facing enormous decisions when it comes to staff. For many, this may be in the form of redundancy. As many offices have remained closed since March 2020, and small businesses are closing down, numerous workers are either unable to work or are in fact losing their jobs. In these unprecedented times, so much is unknown, for both employees and employers. As the furlough scheme is coming to an end on the 31st October, where are employers left if they cannot afford to keep staff? What should employees do? With unemployment rates soaring in the UK, how easy is it to find a new job in the current climate?
